Adam Znamirovský is regarded as one of the most outstanding young pianists of his generation. He began studying the piano at the age of four, and his exceptional talent quickly became evident through numerous successes in national and international competitions. He is the overall winner of the prestigious Concertino Praga competition, where he performed in the Dvořák Hall of the Rudolfinum with the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Jan Kučera, receiving the Audience Award, the Czech Radio Award, and the Karel Komárek Family Foundation Award. His other notable achievements include first prize at the Chopin Competition in Szafarnia, overall victory at Virtuosi per Musica di Pianoforte, first prize at the César Franck International Piano Competition, and participation in the Eurovision Young Musicians final, where he performed with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra.

In recent years, Adam has appeared as a soloist with leading orchestras both in the Czech Republic and abroad. In 2025, he performed Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini with the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by Elias Grandy and was selected as a Junior Soloist of the Verbier Festival Academy, where he received the Edwin Caplin Foundation Award. He has also appeared as a soloist with the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Ústí nad Labem City Theatre. In 2026, he was included in the prestigious Forbes “30 Under 30” list and made his New York debut at Steinway Hall and Bohemian National Hall. Since September 2025, he has been studying at the Prague Conservatory in the class of Ivo Kahánek while further developing his artistry through masterclasses with leading international pianists and pedagogues.
