Rental and transportation of instruments

It is a great challenge to keep the instrument in the perfect condition for a long time. Therefore, we grant the possibility to borrow it. The high-quality well-prepared instrument will be the basis of your successful concert or any other important event. We offer rental including transportation and professional tuning. Full service will be provided for an organization of your cultural events.

Renting of the instrument is possible within the Czech Republic only.

We have extensive experience in lending our instruments. You can regularly see our pianos at various international music festivals. These include Smetana's Litomyšl, Concentus Moraviae, Broumov keyboard, Younglings play Jazz, Smiřice music days, Schubert's Piano Competition Jeseník, Romantic Little Castle, Sinatrology, International Festival Kutná Hora or Czechoslovak Jazz Festival Přerov. We also cooperate with the Hradec Králové Philharmonic.

NOTIFICATION

We can guarantee 100% of your requirements only if you apply for the instrument at least 14 days before the event. Unfortunately, if you apply later, we may not be able to make the entire rental, shipping, and tuning process on time. Therefore, we will be forced to charge a 25% higher price for the entire process (ie, the payment for borrowing, transportation, and eventual service). If you order the instrument 7 or fewer days before the event, we will raise the price by 50%.

When arranging the smoothness of the entire process (rental, transport, service) the costs are already so high and the highest ones can be related to the rejection of another order. Therefore, if you cancel a confirmed loan of the instrument 10 or fewer days before the event, we will charge you 50% of the calculated price.
