Saturday night in Hradec Králové belonged to swing as the project SINATROLOGY visited the city of pianos. The PETROF Art Family member and the author of this project Jan Smigmator is one of the best swing singers on the European scene.

Apart from his distinctive and original rendition of many famous songs from Frank Sinatra which he performed accompanied by Felix Slováček‘s Big Band, he was also an excellent host of the event and brought a once-in-a-lifetime atmosphere into the packed musical hall. The evening's success was also contributed by other performers such as Dasha, Jumaane Smith, EN. DRU and Martina Bárta. The audience had the chance to listen to many famous songs like New York, New York, Come Fly With Me and Best Things In Life Are Free which were performed in a unique rendition. EN. DRU, one of the best current European beatboxers, together with Jan Smigmator proved that music genres, with no restrictive limitations, can be fused together to create a perfectly natural sound.

The exceptional guest of this event was the first trumpeter of Michael Buble’s big band Jumaane Smith. He completely astounded the audience with his singing and brilliant trumpet playing.

The audience rightfully rewarded all the performers by standing ovations. Representatives of the PETROF company, a proud partner of this project, were also present in the gallery.

We are looking forward to our future cooperation.
