Dear Customers and Business Colleagues,

PETROF greatly respects all its Australian customers and lovers of the beautiful sounding, high quality pianos that we have been producing for 150 years.

In the last few years, however, it would appear that PETROF has become involved there with dubious business partners, who have significantly damaged our trade in these unique musical instruments. The companies TrackLink Ltd. and Piano Focus Ltd., and their representatives Michelle Conway and Paul Ellaway, have caused extensive harm to PETROF through their inappropriate business practices and particularly through their outstanding commitments on instruments supplied by us. Unfortunately the damage was not merely financial: the good reputation of the PETROF company and name has also been damaged. The case is still under investigation and will have long-term legal repercussions.

We are proud that our 150-year tradition and the quality of our instruments are highly regarded and valued the world over. We are also delighted by the ever-growing demand for PETROF grand and upright pianos. Unsurprisingly, in view of our dynamic expansion, we have no wish to leave the Australian market.

I would thus appeal to all serious Australian customers by offering PETROF’s range of upright and grand pianos. We are interested in a long-term business relationship with you under clear and transparent terms of trade*. Please let us know if you are also interested.

Yours sincerely,
Zuzana Ceralová Petrofová
