About the manufacture

We make the bigger furniture suits according to the projects supplied by the customers, but we are able to design single furniture pieces and other interior components including their production documentation.
 
Together with common constructive materials based on the wood, we work with less conventional materials too as for example with coloured or transparent acrylic glass. We also make the metal objects in various finish.

Excellent glossy surfacing, performed by clear or coloured polyester lacquers is the specialty and superiority of wooden interior objects made by the PETROF company. As well as on concert grand pianos we are able to achieve perfect flat surface with high gloss in various colours on furniture too. This quality is not common even on luxurious furniture and the PETROF company succeeds it thanks to decades of experience with this type of surfacing and thanks to wide and longtime cooperation with first class European producers of top quality surfacing materials. Demands on piano surfacing are higher without compare to luxurious furniture surfacing.

The wooden interior equipment can be produced in all sorts of execution, we work with wide scale of wood species and veneers, including unusual exotic woods. Surfacing can be done in transparent execution as well as with pigment varnishes, based on polyester or polyurethanic base, in various shades of RAL colour scale. We also handle by gilding technology using golden colour as well as using genuine tabular gold.

The metal interior objects can be made from iron, stainless steel, aluminium and its alloys. Their surfacing can be finished by stove enamels, transparent varnishes, by grinding or polishing. We can also make various special custom designed mechanisms, hardware and fittings.
