PETROF company is a recipient of grants from two projects of the European Social Fund:
The increasing of the competitive strength of PETROF, spol. s r.o. by the education of its employees, creating of new working places and the implementation of flexible ways of organization of a work. The project suggests systematic and continuous education of employees which is necessary for organizational and technological changes in the company and the implementation of such modern methods of management which lead to increasing of an effectivity, productivity, quality and safety of a work. All Petrof employees are involved in the programme.
