National service manager of PETROF U.S.A. just finished two PTG technical classes - one in New York City at Frank and Camille’s and the other at The Music Score in Hartford Connecticut. He had a good turn out with a lot of interest in Petrof Pianos in both locations. The class was on “Express Regulation and Voicing” and the technicians enjoyed the time spent on regulation and voicing of a fine European Petrof Piano. They learned it is far different from the mass produced pianos from the Pacific Rim, having a far more impressive dynamic range and the ability to perform and outperform mass produced pianos at any volume level! They spent quite a bit of time using the new tools we have introduced for regulation and voicing that save time and money for the dealers and their customers. Many technicians went away saying “I have to order those”! We have a link on the
Petrof USA web page so they can order them directly…
We’re going to be giving this same class at the Pacific Northwest and California combined PTG conference being held in Belleview WA. Next month; March 4th through the 7th. Also in Mexico City! March 17th and 18th. In Belleview we will be introducing our new business class “Managing your Customers” a class about combining MS Outlook and Quick books to have an efficient way of tracking and scheduling their next tuning appointments so our customers will find it easier to keep their pianos in top condition. Also in Belleview we will have our fun and informative “boring Hammers for Dummies” class.
There are other opportunities to attend these PTG events listed on the web page including the 2010 National PTG convention to be held the last week of June in Las Vegas.
