Four PETROF master grand pianos at the stages

Three outstanding Bach concerts with PETROF participation took place last week. On PETROF 210 Pasat grand pianos, concerts for 1, 2, 3 and 4 pianos and orchestra were played by pianists from the Czech Republic, Germany, Macedonia, Russia and Serbia there. The orchestra of Conservatory Brno accompanied them (conductor Alexej Aslamas). This event was subsequently held in Brno (Czech Republic, April 16) and in Tegernsee and Unterscheissheim near Munich (Germany, April 19 and 20). More than 700 people used this unique opportunity to hear four grand pianos at the stage and visited the concert.
In the first part, German pianist Konstantin Lukinov played the Concert for piano and orchestra d-Minor (BWV 1052) and young musicians from Conservatory Brno Martin Pokorný and Anton Aslamas the Concert for 2 pianos and orchestra C-Major (BWV 1061). After break, which was also filled with a discussion around the P 194 Storm grand piano with magnetically accelerated action (MAA) in the foyer, Professors of Brno music schools Ema Jedlička-Gogova, Inna Aslamas and Alexej Aslamas performed the Concert for 3 pianos and orchestra d-Minor (BWV 1063). The second part was concluded by the Concert for 4 pianos and orchestra a-Minor (BWV 1065), which was played by young German pianists Ines Hopfl, Ellen Seidel, Konstantin Lukinov and Daniel Schneidt. After long applause, players sat down to 4 grand pianos P 210 Pasat and added a Choral "Jesus Bleibet Meine Freude".
The concerts, which was organised by Brno and Munich conservatories, were a tremendous success for excellent young pianists, their professors and also for PETROF of course. Mrs. Zuzana Ceralová Petrofová, the president of the company, was very delighted too: "I am always pleased to see skilfull young people who are still interested in keeping and spreading the cultural richness of our ancestors. I am also glad we can help them with these deserving activities. It was really challenge to have 4 same master grand pianos at the stage and to tune and harmonize them together. And I am very happy that we again proved quality of our instruments and the fact that each pianist can absolutely rely on them during a concert. Even several players all at once..." Further serie of similar concerts is supposed to take place in Autumn.
